I discovered CrossFit in 2015, almost ten years ago—thanks to my husband, David!
I still remember the day he asked me to try it. At the time, I hated gyms and bodybuilders—I was all about swimming and running! But I thought, why not?
My first class was mentally tough. I was 22 years old, surrounded by people in their 40s who were faster, stronger, and way more experienced than me. But instead of discouraging me, it pushed me to start my journey.
Around the same time, I had been struggling for years with severe menstrual pain, to the point where I couldn’t even stand on the first day of my cycle. Luckily, a gynecologist suggested I focus on nutrition, so along with CrossFit, I started improving my diet.
That experience completely changed my life. I became fascinated by the process and wanted to learn more—so I started studying!
In 2017, Roberto and Giorgia opened their second CrossFit box in Cervia and offered my husband a collaboration, which soon extended to me as well. This opportunity helped us grow and build an unstoppable team—because yes, you can go far alone, but I assure you, true success comes from the strength of a team that supports each other.
Over the past 10 years, I have studied, experimented on myself, and transitioned from simply practicing CrossFit to competing at the RX/ELITE level—not just nationally, but internationally.
Anyone familiar with CrossFit knows how tough this category is. Just to qualify, you have to stand out among 200–300 athletes, with only 40–50 making the cut. That means pushing yourself every single day—not just in training, but in body recomposition as well. I personally went from 52 kg to 67 kg (and I’m still going!), building strength, endurance, and muscles that I now absolutely love.
This level of fitness has also allowed me to compete in other high-performance events, such as Hyrox PRO and, just this past year, Ironman 70.3, which includes:
1.9 km Swim; 90 km Bike; 21.097 km Run.
Beyond my personal journey, I’ve spent these 10 years helping people transform their lifestyle. I don’t just help them lose weight, drop sizes, or shed centimeters—I help them gain confidence, energy, strength, and vitality. How? By improving their habits and pushing them toward goals they once thought were impossible!
