THAT’S EXACTLY HOW I FELT THE FIRST TIME I EXPERIENCED SHORT, INTENSE FUNCTIONAL WORKOUTS THROUGH CROSSFIT.
I’ve always been an active person. Like most people, my fitness journey started at a traditional gym.
The problem? It was incredibly boring. No one guided me, and I spent hours working out without seeing real results.
Then, one morning, I was invited to try a CrossFit session. I had no idea what it was, but that workout changed my life. By the end of the session, I felt more accomplished than ever before—I had just discovered the power of training, not only for my body but for my mind as well.
Training the CrossFit way didn’t just improve my physique—it also strengthened my ability to tackle life’s challenges, both personal and professional. I felt more energized, optimistic, and mentally sharp—a transformation my clients, both men and women, have also experienced over the years.
Fast forward 12 years, after earning degrees in Exercise Science and Economics, gaining extensive experience as a personal trainer, obtaining multiple CrossFit Trainer certifications, and opening my own gym in Cervia… here we are today.

I’m incredibly grateful for CrossFit—it’s where I earned multiple certifications and developed my expertise.
But… CrossFit had flaws no one had truly addressed.
First, most CrossFit gyms don’t personalize workouts based on your body, age, or goals. This often leads to injuries that could easily be avoided with a more tailored approach.
Second, CrossFit doesn’t develop what I call Athlete Awareness—the ability to create a personal sense of well-being that goes beyond physical fitness. It doesn’t take into account your motivation, nutrition, or how you manage stress.
Building awareness—knowing exactly why you’re training a certain way, why certain foods fuel you better, why sleep impacts your performance—is essential for lasting transformation.
At CustomFit Studio, we teach our athletes to truly understand themselves so they can improve from within. Because real change always starts from the inside out, and our goal is to ignite that spark within you.
That’s why I developed a new approach that takes the best of CrossFit while adding the missing elements of personalization and awareness—evolving CrossFit into a fitness journey that’s fully tailored to you.
