Through our app, you can follow our entire tailor-made Fitness Path remotely, wherever you are.
Inside the app, you will find video tutorials of the exercises. Your fitness coach will choose these based on the objectives defined together. You simply need to film yourself doing the exercises and upload the videos to the app.
Then, your Fitness Coach – via chat, calls and video calls – will listen to your feelings about the exercises. They will consequently provide feedback on your execution and evaluate your progress in the chosen path.

Founder of CustomFit Studio, graduate in Sports Science and athlete herself. With more than 12 years of experience as a Fitness Coach, she has trained thousands of people of different ages and conditions, helping them to achieve tangible results. They could see those results as a number on the scale or trouser size and, most importantly, serenity, self-esteem and confidence in their own possibilities. She transformed training into programmes capable of developing both the body and the mind for greater life satisfaction.

How many sessions should I do per week?
You can choose how many sessions to do during the week. This is also based on your initial physical conditions, which will be evaluated with your Fitness Coach. Each session lasts precisely 30 minutes.
Can I train from home?
Yes, the 30-Minute Method is meant to be flexible. You can train at home, in the gym or outdoors. All our exercises are designed to be done free-body or with simple tools that take up little space.
How long does it take to see results?
Results depend on many factors, such as your current fitness, eating habits and training commitment. By following all the instructions correctly, the first physical improvements are already visible after 4-6 weeks of training.
In addition to the physical improvements that will come with time, what you will immediately begin to experience with our Fitness Programs will be the feeling of personal satisfaction and general well-being. You will have more energy and a much greater tolerance to daily stress.
