Can I start training with you even if I have no experience or haven’t worked out in a long time?
Absolutely! All our Fitness Programs are designed to fit your specific starting point. Whether you’re new to working out or haven’t trained in years, CustomFit Studio is the perfect way to ease into fitness without stress.
Your dedicated Fitness Coach will tailor your program to your schedule, physical condition, motivation, and personal goals—ensuring an effective and enjoyable experience.
Can I start training with you even if I’m older and my body isn’t what it used to be?
Yes, and in fact, we highly recommend it. Our training method is designed to deliver results without overstressing the body, allowing you to progress gradually while minimizing injury risks.
Over time, you’ll likely discover that many physical limitations weren’t due to aging but simply a lack of movement. Session by session, you’ll regain flexibility, strength, and energy—even later in life.
How soon will I start seeing results?
Our Fitness Programs are structured to help you feel better from your very first sessions. If you follow both the training and nutrition guidelines, visible physical changes can start appearing within one month.
After three months of consistent workouts and proper nutrition, you’ll see a significant transformation compared to your starting point.
Of course, if your goal is to achieve a sculpted, Greek-statue physique, that will require more time and discipline.
That said, the benefits of our programs go far beyond appearance. Alongside body transformation, you’ll experience increased energy, personal satisfaction, and greater resilience to stress—often within the first few sessions.
Can I still get results if I have very little time to train?
Absolutely! CustomFit Studio is designed to fit even the busiest schedules. What matters isn’t how long you train, but how effectively you train.
Short, intense, and structured 30-minute (or shorter) sessions—like the ones in our Fitness Programs—are far more effective than spending hours at the gym without a clear plan.

Additionally, all our programs are fully customized to your schedule and goals, and they can be completed remotely, so you can train anywhere.
How does online training work?
With CustomFit Studio, you can start a Fitness Program and train remotely with your dedicated Fitness Coach, no matter where you are in the world.
All exercises are tailored to your specific needs and available equipment—whether that’s bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, light weights, or a full gym setup.
Through our training app, you’ll have access to a fully personalized Fitness Program:
- Video tutorials for each exercise, selected based on your goals.
- Easy video uploads: simply record yourself performing the exercises and upload the videos for review.
- Ongoing feedback: your Fitness Coach will provide posture corrections, track your progress, and adjust your plan via chat, calls, and video check-ins.
Can I train without equipment?
Absolutely! You don’t need a gym or expensive equipment to get great results.
Our Fitness Programs are designed to be flexible, so you can train using only bodyweight movements or minimal equipment (such as resistance bands or small weights).
This allows you to work out at home, outdoors, while traveling for work, or even on vacation. Just let us know what’s available, and we’ll personalize your exercises accordingly.
How does in-person training work?
If you’re in Dubai, you can train in person with a Fitness Coach at our private gym, at your home, or even outdoors.
In Cervia, you can train at our 600-square-meter gym, an exclusive space entirely dedicated to fitness and personal training.
What does a training session look like?
Our Fitness Courses are made up of short, intense and conscious training sessions. The structure of each session consists of warm-up – personalized workout – cool-down, and stretching.
The goal is to bring you to the perfect level of intensity, capable of transforming your muscles without ever risking your health.
Our Fitness Programs follow a structured format designed for efficiency:
- Warm-up – Prepare your muscles and joints for the workout.
- Personalized workout – A session tailored to your fitness level and goals.
- Cool-down & stretching – To improve flexibility and aid muscle recovery.
Each session is designed to push you to your optimal level of intensity—stimulating muscle transformation without unnecessary strain or injury.
How do training progressions work?
Our Fitness Programs are designed specifically for you, meaning every workout is structured around your starting point.
If you’re a beginner or haven’t exercised in a while, we start with simple bodyweight exercises to restore mobility. As you gain strength and confidence, we introduce more dynamic movements.
Over time, and in consultation with your Fitness Coach, we progressively add weights and intensity adjustments to keep you challenged and continuously improving.
WORKING WITH THE FITNESS COACH
What’s the difference between a Personal Trainer and a Fitness Coach?
A Personal Trainer is a workout technician who often focuses only on exercises—without considering your motivation, mindset, or overall well-being. To them, training is just another chore—something you have to endure.
A Fitness Coach, on the other hand, is not only an expert in training but also works on your motivation and mindset, helping you turn fitness into an enjoyable habit—something you look forward to, rather than an obligation.
What does my Fitness Coach do during my program?
Your Fitness Coach listens to your needs and creates a fully personalized Fitness Program for you.
After each training session, they review the videos you upload through the app to provide detailed feedback via chat and calls. They continuously monitor your progress to ensure every exercise remains suitable for your level, adjusting your program as you improve.
It’s like having your own personal Fitness Coach in your pocket—whenever you need them!
Can I message my Fitness Coach if I don’t understand an exercise?
Absolutely! If you have any doubts about an exercise, simply reach out to your Fitness Coach, and they’ll make sure you know exactly how to perform it correctly.
How often can I interact with my Fitness Coach?
Even when training remotely, your Fitness Coach is always with you.
You can interact via the app, phone chat, or calls. Monthly video calls and regular feedback after each session ensure continuous progress.
Can I train live on Zoom with my Fitness Coach?
Yes! In addition to training remotely by uploading your exercise videos in our app, you can also schedule live training sessions on Zoom with your Fitness Coach.
Can I book in-person training sessions with my Fitness Coach?
Yes! If you’re located in Dubai or Cervia, you can train in person at our gym, outdoors, or even in your own home with a Fitness Coach.
