WITH FITNESS COACH
With our exclusive app, you can follow your fully personalized fitness plan remotely, no matter where you are.
Inside the app, you’ll find video tutorials of exercises selected for you by your Fitness Coach, based on the goals you’ve set together. Simply record yourself while working out and upload your videos to the app.
Your Fitness Coach will then review your sessions, provide posture corrections and personalized feedback, and guide you in progressing your training intensity through chat, calls, and video sessions.

With over 12 years of experience as a Fitness Coach, she has helped thousands of people—of all ages and fitness levels—achieve real, measurable results: from weight loss to improved pant sizes, and most importantly, greater peace of mind, self-esteem, and confidence in their own abilities. She has transformed training into personalized programs that not only build the body but also the mind, leading to a more fulfilling life.
